We supply various high-quality rubber products for pig slaughterhouses. For instance, we supply excellent support blocks for the Midas Restrainer. Thanks to their wear resistance, these offer years of trouble-free operation. And for the perfect dehairing of pigs carcasses, we supply various types of ‘dehairing blocks’ or ‘scraper blocks’. These blocks also optimize good throughput in the machines. We also supply rubber whips and plastic whips for the carcass cleaning machine.

- Also available in extra stiff version, for applications where the block is subjected to heavier than normal loads, such as when dehairing heavy sows
- Available with bushing diameters of Ø13, 15 and 17 mm
TYPE FF- 40 “EXTRA STRONG”
- This is the extra rigid version of the regular FF-40 block.
- Mounting holes drilled to the correct centre-to-centre dimension for you
- Extra reinforcement on the inside makes this block excellent for dehairing heavy sows or for customers who prefer stiffer blocks.

FoBan supplies special support blocks for the Midas Restrainer. These support blocks are highly wear resistant and provide years of trouble-free throughput. FoBan’s Dehairing Blocks or “Scraper Blocks” ensure perfect dehairing of carcasses and good throughput in the machines.
This also benefits the production capacity. FoBan’s Rubber Whips are used in the machine where the carcasses are cleaned. These rubber whips are very hard wearing and available with wear-resistant plastic bushings in diameters of Ø10 en Ø12 mm. Acquisition Fongisco bv
In the past, these products were produced by Fongisco BV. Since 2006, FoBan has taken over the sale of these products and the name “Fongisco™” can still be found as a trademark on some products. The products are produced according to the original specifications. FoBan consistently tests material and product properties. Thus, every FoBan product promises the same rock-solid quality. Products are also supplied internationally to machine builders and resellers and can be branded with customer name/logo if required.
Rubber whips for cleaning machines
Rubber whips have an important role within the dehairing process. The cleaning machine, which follows after the dehairing machine, completely cleans the carcasses so they can be processed further.

Support blocks for Midas stunning machine
FoBan restrainer support blocks are specially designed for the Midas restrainer. This stunning machine is used in many pig slaughterhouses for as much animal-friendly slaughter as possible. The support blocks have a very long service life due to their resilience and wear resistance.
