FoBan builds on extensive experience in the rubber industry.
Since 2006, FoBan has been serving the industrial sector by supplying high-quality rubber products. Main outlets are the slaughter industry, Dairy industry and Food industry. Resellers, machine builders and Trading Companies are also among our International clientele. FoBan BV delivers as much as possible from stock. In consultation with the customer, we also keep customer-specific products in stock if required.
For the slaughter industry
Pig slaughterhouses purchase FoBan scraper blocks, rubber whips and Midas restrainer support blocks, among others. These high-quality products were previously supplied by Fongisco bv. Today, FoBan is the supplier of these essential products.
For the food industry
The food industry also makes extensive use of Rubber products in various production processes. Products such as (Milk) Coupling Rings, Manhole Seals, Shims, Suction Cups, Dampers and the like are indispensable. With food safety in mind, FDA-approved rubber compounds are often used.

Rubber Dehairing Blocks from FoBan
All FoBan dehairing blocks are equipped with hardened and galvanized steel scrapers. Depending on the
type of machine and the weight of the carcasses, one can choose from the following types:

- Classic model hair removal block
- Steel bushings internal Ø 13 mm
- Thickness back block 35 mm

Type “Boss”-F235 BN
- Steel bushings internal Ø 13 mm
- Thickness back block 35 mm
- Mounting holes center-to-center 64 mm
Type FF- 40
- Thicker and heavier than the 'classic' blocks
- Mounting holes drilled to the correct centre-to-centre dimension for you
- Also available in extra stiff version, for applications where the block is subjected to heavier than normal loads, such as when dehairing heavy sows
- Available with bushing diameters of Ø13, 15 and 17 mm
TYPE FF- 40 “EXTRA STRONG”
- This is the extra rigid version of the regular FF-40 block.
- Mounting holes drilled to the correct centre-to-centre dimension for you
- Extra reinforcement on the inside makes this block excellent for dehairing heavy sows or for customers who prefer stiffer blocks.
