Standard rubber sheets and customization

SBR rubber sheets

SBR rubber sheets are widely applicable and are supplied in cheaper and more expensive qualities, whether or not combined with other synthetic rubbers or natural rubber (NR).

Suitable for air and watertight gaskets and also available with insert for extra strength.

 

EPDM rubber sheets

EPDM rubber sheets have a wide temperature range and is well weather and ozone resistant which makes it excellent for outdoor applications.

EPDM sheet is also resistant to corrosive chemicals and and solvents.

Neoprene rubber sheets (CR)

Neoprene® is the DuPont trade name for CR.
CR sheet rubber is a highly multifunctional rubber grade. In addition to good mechanical and elastic properties, this material has relatively broad resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Neoprene sheet rubber shows good resistance to heat, ozone and weathering. Depending on the amount of plasticizers used, the material is flame retardant.

NBR rubber plates

Do you need rubber sheets that are highly resistant to oils and greases? Then NBR rubber sheets are usually the best choice. The temperature range is between -30 and +120ºC.
Is widely used in the petrochemical industry and for example in workshops, garages etc.

Silicone rubber plate

Silicone rubber is a high-quality material and is widely used in the pharmaceutical, medical and food industries. Silicone rubber sheet has excellent heat resistance to about 180-200ºC and remains flexible at temperatures as low as -70ºC.
It is also highly resistant to UV light, ozone and weathering.
Its mechanical strength is lower which makes it less suitable for heavy-duty applications.

Butyl rubber sheets

Butyl rubber offers great gas tightness (because of this, it is also used for inner tubes, among other things)

Mechanical properties and flexibility are good and the material is ozone resistant.
