Depending on the product and quantities required, conventional compression technology or injection technology is chosen. The areas of application for molded products are endless, and rubber molded products can be found on almost every machine and piece of equipment. Rubber Dehairing Blocks from FoBan
FoBan’s hair removal blocks or “scraper blocks” are among the best on the global market. These products guarantee excellent results and a long life.
All FoBan dehairing blocks are equipped with hardened and galvanized steel scrapers. Depending on the
type of machine and the weight of the carcasses, one can choose from the following types:

- Classic model hair removal block
- Steel bushings internal Ø 13 mm
- Thickness back block 35 mm

Type “Boss”-F235 BN
- Steel bushings internal Ø 13 mm
- Thickness back block 35 mm
- Mounting holes center-to-center 64 mm
Type FF- 40
- Thicker and heavier than the 'classic' blocks
- Mounting holes drilled to the correct centre-to-centre dimension for you
- Also available in extra stiff version, for applications where the block is subjected to heavier than normal loads, such as when dehairing heavy sows
- Available with bushing diameters of Ø13, 15 and 17 mm
TYPE FF- 40 “EXTRA STRONG”
- This is the extra rigid version of the regular FF-40 block.
- Mounting holes drilled to the correct centre-to-centre dimension for you
- Extra reinforcement on the inside makes this block excellent for dehairing heavy sows or for customers who prefer stiffer blocks.
