Rubber-metal bonding for products consisting of a metal part with rubber vulcanized on top is also possible
FDA Rubber compounds
If necessary, FoBan products can meet certain safety requirements, for example in the area of food safety. FDA-approved rubber compounds are used for the food industry. This means you can rely on the safe implementation of FoBan rubber products.

All FoBan dehairing blocks are equipped with hardened and galvanized steel scrapers. Depending on the
type of machine and the weight of the carcasses, one can choose from the following types:

- Classic model hair removal block

- Thickness back block 35 mm
- Mounting holes center-to-center 64 mm
Type FF- 40
- Thicker and heavier than the 'classic' blocks
- Mounting holes drilled to the correct centre-to-centre dimension for you
- Also available in extra stiff version, for applications where the block is subjected to heavier than normal loads, such as when dehairing heavy sows
- Available with bushing diameters of Ø13, 15 and 17 mm
TYPE FF- 40 “EXTRA STRONG”
- This is the extra rigid version of the regular FF-40 block.
- Mounting holes drilled to the correct centre-to-centre dimension for you
- Extra reinforcement on the inside makes this block excellent for dehairing heavy sows or for customers who prefer stiffer blocks.

TYPE FF36
Most popular type of dehairing block with a thickness of 36 mm. Also highly suitable for U-bar machines. Mounting holes drilled to your specified center-to-center distance. Available with bushings in internal diameters of 13, 15, and 17 mm.
