What is FKM rubber?
FKM (or “Viton”) rubber is a fluoroelastomer. The big advantage of FKM rubber is that it is very resistant to chemicals and high temperatures. This top quality rubber is also resistant to hydrocarbons, acids and alkalis. This rubber is often also called Viton, after Dupont’s FKM.
